Two people were taken to hospital after a car hit a tree in Zabbar.
The accident happened at around 7pm on Wednesday evening in Council of Europe Street, Żabbar.
Police say the driver apparently lost control and crashed into the tree.
The injured, the driver and passenger, were taken to Mater Dei Hospital.
