A 63-year-old woman living in Birkirkara was seriously injured in a fall at an empty house.
The accident happened in Triq Ħal Gharghur, in the town shortly after 5pm on Friday afternoon.
She was taken to Mater Dei Hospital where her injuries were described as serious.
