A 31-year-old Valletta resident was arrested after being caught in the possession of an amount of cocaine and cannabis hashish.
Following information received by the Police, yesterday, officers conducted a search inside a room at a hotel in St. Julian’s. During this search, a number of packages of suspected drugs were found cocaine and cannabis hashish, along with a considerable amount of cash.
Other searches conducted at the person’s residence in the City found some other packages with a substance suspected cannabis herb and other items related to drug abuse.
The man is being held at Floriana Headquarters.
