A 13-year-old boy was taken to hospital after being hit by a car.
The accident happened at around 9.45am today in Vjal il-Ħaddiem, Rabat.
Police say that the boy was hit by a Toyota Vitz driven by a 30-year-old woman from Rabat.
He was later certified to have been seriously injured.
