A 21-year-old man sustained grievous injures after he was attacked in Triq l-Għabex, Birkirkara on Monday night at around 10-15pm.
The man, who is British, was found injured on the floor at the entrance to garages.
From police reports the man was attacked by a group of people who fled scene before officers arrived
The victim was given first aid by a medical team on site and was then taken to Mater Dei Hospital by ambulance
