A state of disaster has been declared in the Australian state of Victoria after a rise in coronavirus cases.
Over 670 new cases were reported since Saturday prompting authorities to bring in new measures which include night curfew, child-care centres to close, only one person per household allowed out to shop and all students to return to home-learning.
Melbourne could also face new measures from next week.
