Three people were taken to hospital following a two car collision in Mdina Road, Zebbug, on Tuesday evening.
Police say that the cars involved were a Fiat Punto driven by a 23 year-old woman who resides in Paola and a Ford Focus driven by a 20 year-old man from Mosta.
Two women, a 40 year-old and a 46 year-old, were passengers in the Fiat Punto.
Members from the Civil Protection Department and an ambulance were called on site to assist the victims.
The 23-year-old driver and the 46-year-old woman were certified as suffering from slight injuries whereas the 40 year-old was certified as suffering from grievous injuries.
