A pedestrian bridge has collapsed on the M20 motorway in Kent on one of the busiest travel days of the year.
The M20 is the main route to the Port of Dover and the Channel Tunnel and the stretch of road where the accident happened is expected to be closed until at least midday on Sunday, officials said.
The exact cause is not known but some witnesses say the bridge collapsed after being hit by a truck.
