Police say that four people have now been arrested in connection with the murder of 27-year-old Saviour Gaffarena.
His 17-year-old cousin Vincent Gaffarena was shot and injured in the incident.
The shootings happened on Wednesday night.
Police believe the shootings to be drug-related.
