Floriana lead by a point in Yo Health Malta Premier

Floriana stay top of Yo Health Malta Premier despite a goal-less draw with Valletta but their lead is slender. The biggest climbers are Hibernians who are up to third, just a point behind Floriana and Gzira, who also dropped points in a 0-0 draw with Hamrun Spartans. Three wins on the trot have vastly improved Hibs standing in the premiership. They could make it four in a row if they see off Tarxien Rainbows in Saturday's derby encounter. The weekend's Big Match is the clash between Floriana and Gzira on Sunday. Birkirkara play Valletta while Hamrun Spartans take on Naxxar Lions. If Floriana and Gzira ends in a draw, the biggest winners could be Hibs. They are the only side who could take top spot this weekend but first there is matter of derby clash with Tarxien. Interesting weekend ahead in Yo Health Malta Premier.
