Malta police said that a man wanted in connection with an attempted murder was arrested on Tuesday evening at around 7:00pm.
Salvatore Di Prima, suspected of trying to kill his children, has been found alive following a three-day search by authorities. Police had feared he might have killed himself as he fled capture.
Police, the Civil Protection Department and the Armed Forces of Malta were all involved in a joint operation to find him.
Police investigations into the case are still ongoing.
