Civil Protection Malta announce the addition of four new Fire Pumps to their operational fleet.
These 12-tonne appliances have been designed to enhance frontline response and firefighter safety. Each vehicle is equipped with a 1,500 liter water tank and 300 liter foam capacity, alongside pull-out BA brackets and bespoke locker stowage including a pull-out cradle for a lightweight portable pump ensuring crews have immediate access to critical equipment.
The appliances also carry a 10.5m ladder and the latest battery operated rescue equipment, providing improved efficiency, reliability and capability at incidents where every second counts.
Civil Protection Malta said this investment reflects our continued commitment to equipping our crews with modern, high-performance resources to serve and protect our communities.
