As the government and opposition still seem far apart on approving the nomination of Honorouble Judge Consuelo Scerri Herrera as Chief Justice, Prime Minister Robert Abela has again written of Opposition Leader Alex Borg in effort to reach approval.
In his letter, the second in a matter of days, Robert Abela said he is available for further discussion but he remains convinced that Honorouble Judge Consuelo Scerri Herrera “has the needed qualities and credentials to fulfil this role.”
