Prime Minister Robert Abela is in Brussels as he is attending a Summit with the leaders of the Western Balkans this Wednesday evening and the European Council Summit between Thursday and Friday.
This meeting, which is attended by the leaders, will discuss the importance of political and economic relations between the European Union and the Western Balkans. This is while the European leaders will discuss the membership of the countries from this area. Between tomorrow and Friday, Dr Abela will attend a European Council Summit. The discussion between the European leaders will deal with the war in Ukraine, the European budget for between 2028 and 2034 and also the enlargement of the European Union in the future.
