The U.S. military seized an oil tanker off Venezuela’s coast seemingly as part of President Donald Trump’s war against drug trafficking into America.
In recent months Donald Trump has approved attacks on boats reported to be transporting drugs into the US but so far has not produced any evidence to back up his claims.
