A 24-year-old man has been arrested in connection with a series of thefts that occurred at hotels and restaurants in St Julian’s, private offices in Qormi, and a retirement home in Luqa.
Investigations and analysis of CCTV footages from the affected locations, revealed that the same suspect was involved, and consequently the man was apprehended. Items stolen include cash, bags, laptops, mobile phones and other electronic devices, among others.
The man is expected to be arraigned in court in the coming days.
