Culture and Arts: A Sound Stage for Malta planned.
Justice: Family Court reforms continue, first phase due for completion. Consultations for a new reform focused on protecting children from social media risks.
Police and Armed Forces. €6 million IT upgrade for police. Renovations of stations in Raħal Ġdid, Mosta, Sliema, Qormi, and Rabat (Gozo). Civil Protection Department will get two fire trucks as well as advanced rescue and aerial search equipment.

Armed Forces to get equipment upgrades, Air Wing to get new helicopters and planes by 2028

Upgrades for services at Gozo General Hospital. New museums for Rabat and Qala. Restoration projects in various localities.
Gozo:  Major overhaul of Gozo roads include new pedestrian links in Rabat connecting Park and Ride facilities to local centers: arterial roadworks planned in Nadur, Qala, and Rabat.

Energy: Work on second interconnector at advanced stage, testing of new cable expected early next year.

Health: More aid for Cancer cure, more medicines for cancer free of charge

Health Centres in Qormi and Gzira will provide 24 hours a day service.

In 2026, three new Regional Mental Health Centres are scheduled to open. First in Bormla, then in Malta’s Central and Northern regions.

Sport: A National Tennis Centre, support for Special Olympics Malta
Stipends to increase by 15%: six months gym membership free for youths between 16 and 21.
Education: 500 euros for a family with children in form 4 or 5  for digital equipment
Tourism. The government will work to attract quality tourists.

Eco-contribution will rise from €0.50 to €1.50 per tourist per night to fund infrastructure and environmental improvements.
