One person has died and another is critically injured after two cars collided in Fgura on Sunday afternoon.
Early media reports say that one of the cars belonged to the parents of Prime Minister Robert Abela.
The person who died and the critically injured were travelling in the same car.
President Emiritus George Abela and his wife Margaret are believed to be in stable condition in Mater Dei Hospital.
