US President Donald Trump’s “Big Beautiful Bill” seems set to pass its final hurdle when it goes before House Representatives for one last time.
Donald Trump is reported to have been holding a series of meetings with Republican’s who might have baulked at voting for the bill. That would appear to have succeeded with some senior members looking confident that the bill will pass.
It may be very close though, it would only take three Republicans to vote against for the bill to fail.
While Donald Trump’s has promised tax cut, Democrats claim it will hit millions of US citizens who rely on Medicad for health care and services.
Trump’s former close ally Elon Musk has attacked the president saying he will work against Republicans if the bill passes.
