With the aim of consolidating work in the land sector with the preservation of national heritage and the various needs of Local Councils, Minister Owen Bonnici will assume responsibility for the Lands Authority as Minister for Culture, Lands and Local Government. Parliamentary Secretary Alison Zerafa Civelli will continue to carry out her responsibilities in this Ministry.
Minister Stefan Zrinzo Azzopardi will be the Minister for European Funds and the Implementation of the Electoral Programme.
Meanwhile, Minister for Home Affairs, Security and Employment Byron Camilleri will also take responsibility for the National and Social Development Fund (NDSF) while Parliamentary Secretary for Social Dialogue Andy Ellul will also take responsibility for the Malta Competition and Consumer Affairs Authority (MCCAA).
