A 27-year-old man, who allegedly forms part of an organized crime group, has been arrested over a string of thefts targeting mobile phone shops, stealing up to €180,000 worth of electronics.
He was arrested in Romania and then extradited to Malta via a European Arrest Warrant.
The man is expected to be arraigned in Court shortly.
