BOV Premier leaders Floriana and Hamrun Spartans both won to stay in touch with each other.
Floriana smashed four past Mosta while Hamrun just edged Gzira 1-0.
With games running out and only two points between them, the race for the title is still wide open.

City are third from bottom and six points from safety. The problem is that the end of the season is fast approaching and the chance of avoiding the drop is getting larger.
Today Valletta take on Hibernians is what surely is a must-win encounter. Anything less then three points would leave Valletta staring at the drop.
