Birkirkara are through to the final of the 360Sports Malta Premier final after Maxuell Maia’s late winner in added time of extra time against Sliema wanderers.
The semi-final clash looked as though it was heading for a penalty shoot-out after neither side could find the net in 120 minutes until that dramatic header by Maia.
They will meet the winner of the second semi-final between Floriana and Hamrun Spartans.
