The Office of the Prime Minister is publishing the final report of the Public Inquiry regarding the fatal accident that occurred in Kordin on the 3 December 2022, as passed by the Board of Administrative Inquiry, today Wednesday 28 February. The Board was appointed by the Prime Minister on 2 August 2023.
In this way the Prime Minister is sticking to the commitment he gave publicly that once he receives this final report of the Public Inquiry, this report will be published, in an act of transparency, as also stated in the terms of ‘ reference of the Administrative Inquiry.
