An elderly female cyclist was seriously injured after being hit by a quad bike in Gozo.
The accident happened in Triq il-Kunċizzjoni, Qala at about 2.45 p.m on Saturday afternoon, police said.
The cyclist, a 71-year-old German national who lives in Għajnsielem, was taken to Gozo General Hospital.
