Hamrun Spartans snatched a late goal in extra time to go level with Premier leaders Floriana.

That last minute strike was a hammer blow for Floriana who had looked comfortably in control for much of the game and should have scored themselves early in the first half when Steve Borg was penalised for bringing down Kemar Reid. Ulises Arias’ effort from the penalty spot was easily saved by Henry Bonello.
