A 31-year-old man from Hamrun was taken Mater Dei Hospital after being hit by a car in Triq Tas-Sliema, Gzira, on Tuesday evening.
Police said the accident happened at 7pm. The injured man was treated at the scene before being taken to hospital where his injuries were described as serious.
