At least two people have been killed in twin shootings in the Dutch city of Rotterdam, police say.
Local police said a gunman opened fire in a flat, and then a medical centre in the city. Police now say that those killed were a 39-year-old woman and a 46-year-old teacher at Erasmus University.
A man has been arrested.
