In response to the allegations that surfaced on foreign portals yesterday about Carmen Ciantar, the Ministry of Health clarifies that this was the first time that such allegations came to the attention of the Deputy Prime Minister and Ministry Officials.
Despite the fact that the alleged events mentioned in these articles cite dates that happened before Mrs. Ciantar’s employment with the Medical Services Foundation, and despite the fact that she rejected the allegations, the Deputy Prime Minister still felt the -need to accept, immediately, her suspension from the position of Chief Executive of the FMS.
The Deputy Prime Minister has called on the police and the relevant authorities to act as soon as possible with their investigation so that the whole truth comes out.
