Malta Public Transport (MPT) will be operating a special service for the upcoming UEFA Euro Qualifier match between Malta and Italy on Sunday, 26th March 2023.
The match will be held at Ta’ Qali Stadium and kick-off time is set for 20:45hrs, with the match finishing at 22:30hrs.
To accommodate football fans attending the match, MPT will be offering the following special services:
Valletta to Ta’ Qali Stadium: MPT will be offering regular services from Valletta Terminus C2 starting at 17:45hrs and running every 15 minutes until 19:55hrs. The route will pass through Hamrun, Santa Venera, Mriehel, and Ta’ Qali.
Pembroke Park & Ride to Ta’ Qali Stadium: MPT will also be offering services from Pembroke Park & Ride starting at 19:00hrs and running every 15 minutes until 19:40hrs.
Extra Routes 202 from Sliema: For those travelling from Sliema, MPT will be offering extra routes 202 starting at 18:00hrs, 19:00hrs, and 19:15hrs.
Ta’ Qali Stadium to Valletta: After the match, MPT will be offering services from Ta’ Qali Stadium to Valletta at 22:40hrs and 22:50hrs.
Ta’ Qali Stadium to Pembroke: MPT will also be offering services from Ta’ Qali Stadium to Pembroke at 22:40hrs, 22:45hrs, and 22:55hrs.
Ta’ Qali Stadium to Sliema: For those travelling to Sliema, MPT will be offering services from Ta’ Qali Stadium at 22:40hrs and 22:50hrs.
Ta’ Qali Stadium to Bugibba: MPT will also be offering services from Ta’ Qali Stadium to Bugibba at 22:40hrs, 22:45hrs, and 22:55hrs.
Ta’ Qali Stadium to Birzebbugia: MPT will be offering services from Ta’ Qali Stadium to Birzebbugia at 22:45hrs and 22:55hrs.
Malta Public Transport is encouraging all fans to make use of its special bus services for the match and to arrive early to ensure a smooth and enjoyable sports experience.
