Upon his arrival in Malta after attending the Extraordinary European Council in Brussels, Prime Minister Robert Abela had a spontaneous meeting at Malta International Airport with the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs, the Commonwealth and the -Development of the United Kingdom, James Cleverly.
Both men said that they look forward to the implementation of a bilateral cooperation agreement signed earlier today, and reiterated the commitment to strengthen the excellent relations between Malta and the United Kingdom, especially in the field of -health.
