The Minister for the Interior, Security, Reforms, and Equality Byron Camilleri and the Minister for Justice Jonathan Attard ordered a ministerial inquiry to be held in accordance with the Inquiries Act Cap 273, and this in regarding the murder that took place in Pahol earlier today.
The inquiry will be led by retired Judge Geoffrey Valenzia. This inquiry will be investigating what was the responsibility or meno of each authority concerned in connection with this case, establish if there was any deficiency by any entity and make the appropriate recommendations if any deficiency is remedied.
