Edward Montebello has been appointed Head of Communications in the Office of the Prime Minister.
He will take up the post on Monday, May 2.
A graduate in history and education, Edward Montebello has worked as a teacher and has been involved in journalism for the past 18 years. He has worked as a news editor, producing and presenting a number of programs and documentaries.
The Office of the Prime Minister would like to thank Matthew Carbone for his important work in this role in recent years, having been Deputy Chief of Staff in the same office from 2013 to 2019.
