Haley Bugeja, 17, has been named in the Women’s U-20 Best X1, published by IFFHS, ( International Federation of Football History and Statistics).
The Maltese player joined an elite group of forwards that included Netherlands’ Nikita Tromp of Ajax, Alison Gonzalez who is currently involved in the Mexican women’s league playoffs with Atlas and Trinity Rodman, daughter of former Chicago Bulls star Denis Rodman, who won the American women’s title with the Washington Spirit and was named Rookie of the Year.
