A 42-year-old man was seriously injured in a house fire in Paola on Tuesday morning.
Two other people, a 39-year-old and a 75-year-old, both women, escaped injury.
The injured man was taken to Mater Dei Hospital.
The fire broke out in Tal Borg Street in the town shortly after 10 o’clock.
