Bilateral relations, migration, health and economic issues topped the agenda during talks held between Malta and Libya. Maltese Prime Minister Robert Abela and Libyan Prime Minister Abdulhamid Dbeibah headed their respective delegations. This is the second time this year that the two countries are having high-level meetings.
