€ 2.5 million investment for the restoration of the Explora waterfront in Kalkara

Prime Minister Robert Abela inaugurated a new shipping service from the Grand Harbor to Explore as part of a full-scale waterfront restoration project in Kalkara near the Interactive Science Center, which was an investment of € 2.5 million from national funds.

During the inauguration, Prime Minister Robert Abela described this project as one that weaves together innovation, infrastructure and the environment.

Dr Abela also spoke about how this project is just part of another series of projects that are being worked on in Cottonera and the surrounding area.
