Launch of the summer program by the Youth Agency – an investment of € 30,000

Minister for Inclusion and Quality of Life Julia Farrugia Portelli and Parliamentary Secretary for Sport, Recreation and Voluntary Organizations Clifton Grima have launched the summer program for young people for the year 2021. This program, designed by Aġenzija Żgħażagħ, consists of a series of courses during the summer months that include various activities to help young people acquire life skills.

Minister Julia Farrugia Portelli explained that the summer program is aimed at young people between the ages of 12 and 30 and offers a number of courses aimed at different ages and interests. She also said that this will involve 12 professional young men and women workers and aims to reach around 600 young men and women. The investment in this program is € 30,000, double the previous year.

Parliamentary Secretary Clifton Grima stressed that when talking about young people, the first thing that comes to mind is the period of transition or change.
