Two people were taken to hospital after the vehicle they were in overturned in Triq Buqana, Rabat.
The accident happened shortly before mid-night on Sunday.
The driver, aged 19 from St Paul’s Bay and a 17-year-old female passenger, from Siggiewi, were taken to hospital where their injuries were described as serious.
