Improving the conditions of the workers of the Water Services Corporation thanks to a new Collective Agreement signed with the General Workers ’Union. This agreement offers stability to the workers and strengthens the operation of the same corporation.
The agreement was signed in the presence of the Minister for Energy, Enterprise and Sustainable Development Miriam Dalli.
“This agreement covers 87% of the corporation’s workforce, which is currently working to strengthen its operations and improve workers’ working conditions. To ensure stability, the collective agreement is for six years, and looks to create opportunities for workers ’career progress. We want to incentivize the work and effort of the workers, “explained Minister Miriam Dalli.
