Prime Minister Abela noted how the company continued to pay its wages normally during 2020 and resiliently hired more employees. Dr. Abela greeted and thanked all the workers for their share in the success he has shown and continues to show Dino Fino.
The Minister for the Economy and Industry Silvio Schembri praised the company Dino Fino for the dynamic operation that it continued to utilize even during a pandemic, where it continued at a good pace in the economic activities it created.
Minister Schembri spoke to the management of the company about the benefit from the wage supplement scheme, where thanks to this they managed to increase the number of employees which today reaches 35. He said the government’s aim was to help companies create flexibility through assistance schemes such as the wage supplement, both in the way they adjust their operations and in protecting jobs and maintaining proper working conditions.
Chief Executive Dino Fino said that since the establishment of the company in 2017, he has always welcomed the great support given by Malta Enterprise and the government itself through various financial incentives that have come from from time to time.
