Oliver Scicluna is be co-opted as Labour MP after his nomination was approved by the Parliamentary Group of the Labour Party and the Labour Party Executive, ONE News reports.
It was the Prime Minister Robert Abela who put the forward name of Oliver Scicluna who is the Commissioner for the Rights of Disabled Persons.
