Bernard Grech, Leader of Opposition Nationalist Party, is backing a court case by the group Republika, to force the government to accept a group of migrants from Libya.
The court action also condemns the government and the Armed Forces of Malta for their part in not allowing the migrants to come to Malta.
The Labour Party says the court case is shows that Opposition Leader Bernard Grech is being controlled by others.
