In a virtual meeting between members of the European Council, Prime Minister Robert Abela, together with European leaders, discussed the theme of Covid-19 and the need for collaboration and coordination between member states of the European Union.
Discussions were expected to include rapid testing and how these should begin to be recognized by all member states, the vaccine and the need to address the logistical challenges for its distribution and even assistance which needs to be given to those member countries whose health system is not keeping up with emerging cases.
