Coronavirus update: Concern as 204 new cases recorded

Another 204 people have tested positive for Covid-19 in the past 24 hours according to figures released by health authorities.

The number of active cases now stands at 1257 while 2,885 tests were carried out in the same 24 hour period.

Numbers have risen sharply this past week leading the government to announce new restrictions in an effort to combat the increase.
