US President Donald Trump has refused to commit to a smooth transfer of power if he loses the November election.
During a press conference on Wednesday he was asked by a reporter if he would commit to a peaceful transfer of power if he lost the election to Democrat Joe Biden.
President Trump did not give a straight answer saying he did not trust postal voting.
