Ministry of Health has just been informed that an 84-year-old man died after testing positive for Covid-19.
The man, who had poor health, was tested positive for Covid-19 on September 18. He was admitted to the Mater Dei Hospital on the same day where he continued to be treated until he died late last night.
The Ministry of Health, while offering condolences to the relatives of the elderly, calls on the people to continue to follow the appeals of the Department of Health, including frequent hand washing, social distance and mask use.
