Prime Minister Robert Abela met with the Maltese player of US Sassuolo, Haley Bugeja, in the Auberge de Castille.
The Prime Minister reiterated that Bugeja is making not only a name for herself, but also a name for Malta among them with an excellent performance in the first game with the Italian club of Serie A.
The Prime Minister encouraged the Maltese youth to continue working hard to continue to reach more milestones in her career both at club level and at the level of the Maltese national women’s team.
Dr. Abela also presented a small souvenir to Haley Bugeja.
Prime Minister Robert Abela was accompanied by Parliamentary Secretary for Youth, Sport and Volunteering Clifton Grima.
