The Office of the Deputy Prime Minister and Ministry of Health has denied reports that a 15th person had died of COVID-19.
A representative of the European Centre for Disease Prevention and Control, ECDC, the site that reported this number in error, sent a formal statement to the Ministry of Health apologizing on behalf of the institution, explaining that this was a purely typing error. He explained that this site updates, daily, the COVID-19 numbers of more than 200 countries and that this was therefore a genuine mistake.
The Ministry of Health takes this opportunity to appeal again against the dissemination of misinformation.
