Judge David Attard has been overwhelmingly re-elected to serve on the International Tribunal of the Law of the Sea.
Prof. Attard has extensive experience teaching law of the sea. He is an Associate Professor in the Department of Public Law at the University of Malta, and has taught at numerous prestigious universities, including Yale, Oxford and Sorbonne, as well as visiting lecturer in Rome and Beijing.
Prof Attard was re-elected to serve on the International Tribunal of the Law of the Sea with the highest number of votes of all candidates.
